Eliza is a Master of Social Work student who uses a mindfulness-based approach and a trauma-informed framework to help clients navigate through challenges. She specializes in working with children ages 3 to 9, families, and individuals. She utilizes several modalities such as family systems therapy and somatic experiencing therapy which can help support individuals and families navigate emotional issues, behavioral challenges, and traumatic experiences.

Current Practice
Through the use of several techniques and different treatment approaches, Eliza is committed to helping her clients return to a place of authenticity and connection with self and the world around them. She works with her clients to find the root cause of issues in order to help change both the internal and external dynamics from the inside out. Eliza specializes in working with children, families, and with individuals experiencing issues with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety, and postpartum depression. Clients have often mentioned to her that she has a grounding force and a way of creating an environment for them that feels safe, nurturing, and caring. Therapy has been invaluable for Eliza on her own journey of healing and now as a therapist, Eliza is passionate about providing her clients the support they need on their journey.
Eliza Boote sees clients both via telehealth and in-person in Aurora, CO and is currently completing her Masters of Social Work at Metropolitan State University of Denver under the supervision of Emilia Ealom, LCSW #9923634, LAC #0826.
