Current Practice

Anna's passion is serving individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, and the transitions of life. Her goal is to create a safe environment of acceptance, empathy and empowerment in the session. She hopes this will allow her clients to share their narrative. Anna places great importance on the relationship between counselor and client. She utilizes person-centered treatments as a foundational approach to all therapy and looks forward to accompanying her clients on the path to healing and change.
