Current Practice

We seek out support in our lives for various reasons, such as relationship or work issues. I understand reaching out for support can be vulnerable, as is opening yourself up to the process of transformation and healing. It takes courage to walk this path.  I enjoy creating space for each unique individual that I work with, and I am here as an ally to help facilitate your personal growth and evolution. Together we can explore what your barriers to living a more easeful, and peaceful life are.  I have experience and specialty training working with clients with many types of issues such as trauma/PTSD, addictions, and family healing around addictions, relationships, communication issues, attachment issues, grief, depression, women's empowerment, etc.  I have also drawn a depth of experience and exploration in meditation and spiritual studies, and I am a certified yoga instructor as well.
