Jessica sees how people seek out support for various reasons, such as relationship or work issues, and she understands reaching out for any type of support can feel vulnerable, similar to opening up to the process of transformation and healing. It takes a lot of courage to walk this path.

Jessica prides herself on creating enjoyable space for each unique client as well as becoming an ally to help facilitate personal growth and evolution.

Together she hopes to explore what barriers are keeping the client to living a more easeful and peaceful life.Jessica has experience and specialty training working with clients with many types of issues such as trauma/PTSD, addictions, and family healing around addictions, relationships, communication issues, attachment issues, grief, depression, and women's empowerment.
