Pain is nature’s warning device that something is out of balance. Mental pain, emotional pain, physical pain, spiritual pain, no matter what the pain, it is a warning sign that something is out of balance. What is out of balance in your life? Clarity guides balance which precedes harmony. Therefore, to have harmony one needs to choose to be in balance after gaining clarity for resolving problems and renegotiating traumatic stress.
By sharing my personal and professional processes of integrating eastern ayurvedic, western social psychology, indigenous and innate intelligent methods to self-healing, I assist clients in the art of perceiving, understanding and healing the causes and effects of their traumatic stress and conditioned mental, emotional, physical and spiritual pain.Together we explore the blockages to flowing life energy upon multiple levels of consciousness and work to restore harmony within a functional daily routine.
