Lindsay provides therapy to clients of all ages, with a focus on preteens, teens, and young adults. Her approach centers on the Rogerian person-centered method, with which she integrates cognitive behavioral methods and interventions. She strongly believes that the client is the best expert and resource for themself and that each person is capable of incredible things. She has lived in Colorado almost her whole life and is excited to work with the youth of Colorado. Lindsay would be considered a generalist practitioner in that she works with a variety of different client concerns and is honing in on her specializations through supervised practice.

Lindsay Humpert sees clients via telehealth and in-person in Aurora, CO, and is a Masters Graduate of Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She is supervised by Krista DiVittore, PsyD; MSPSY #00004.
