Natalie's core experience is in serving teens, adults and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, loss and the transitions of life. Natalie creates a place of safety for you to explore how you view yourself and the world. As a Marriage and Family Counselor, Natalie operates from a system-oriented lens. This means that whether she is working with an individual or family, she understands each person within the context of their relationships and environment. A safe, secure and trusting relationship with each client is a large focus of Natalie's practice. Throughout your work with Natalie, she will focus on your strengths and inherent resilience. She is there to empower and support you as you clarify your own identity and increase your ability to engage in fulfilling relationships.
