Jessica Dalton is a Masters of Social Work Intern through the University of Denver. She believes that life can be difficult and that healing is possible. There is no one that knows her clients' stories better than them, and Jessica provides a safe space for her clients to explore their journey. Jessica has experience working in settings where play therapy, mindfulness, CBT & DBT modalities have been used as well as strengths-based and mindfulness practices, where individuals have had the opportunity to navigate life situations, creating room for change. Jessica provides therapy to children 3-17 with a focus on behavioral, developmental, and emotional issues as well as life transitions and trauma. Jessica believes that the way we think about things will impact how we feel and in turn how we behave. Jessica would be considered a generalist practitioner in that she works with a variety of different client concerns and is honing in on her specializations through supervised practice.
