Her role is to facilitate exploration, provide support, and offer evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs. Together, Britten and her clients delve into the underlying causes of their challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and nurture strengths with inner resources. With a destigmatizing and trauma-informed approach, Britten recognizes each client's unique experiences and resilience. With a professional background in working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and eating disorders, Britten brings a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health.
