Current Practice

As a therapist, Audra values working with her clients as a team and helping them take control of their treatment. Audra works with individuals who are 10 years old and up, and specializes in areas such as trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief and loss, chronic illness, and family conflict, among others. Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Audra takes care to create a safe space for clients to talk about their experiences in therapy. She uses different types of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, among others, and is always open to trying new modalities.

As a social worker, Audra is committed to providing gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and anti-racist care to all her clients. In her free time, Audra enjoys sewing, cosplay, spending time with family, and taking walks with her beagle, Calvin.
