Current Practice

Anna Maestas is a Masters Student Intern from Colorado Christian University. Her passion is serving individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, loss and the transitions of life. Her goal is to create a safe environment of acceptance, empathy and empowerment in the session. She hopes this will allow her clients to share their narrative. Anna places great importance on the relationship between counselor and client. She utilizes person-centered treatments as a foundational approach to all therapy and looks forward to accompanying her clients on the path to healing and change. Anna would be considered a generalist practitioner, in that she works with a variety of different client concerns and is honing in on her specializations through supervised practice.
