Sarah specializes in working with a variety of different clients including young adults, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC individuals, and groups. She utilizes several modalities such as person-centered, CBT and mindfulness approaches, to help clients move through their life transitions as well as gain a comprehensive understanding of why they experience anxiety, depression, etc., and how to address them. Sarah also identifies as being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Current Practice

As a therapist, Sarah’s calm demeanor and passion for working with young adults allows her to create a space for all people to feel safe and heard. She has worked with a variety of age groups ranging from preschool to college students, but has found her sweet spot working with young adults, particularly in the LGBTQ+ community. She is fully committed to the needs and goals of her clients and works to maintain a strong connection throughout the entire therapeutic process. She uses a person-centered approach and focuses on using CBT and mindfulness approaches.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys skiing, painting and reading!
