Allision is a CMHC Master's student at Adams State University. Finding opportunities to inspire, support, and empower others has been a consistent drive in Allison's life, defining both her professional pursuits and personal motivations. Working with clients, Allison focuses on understanding behaviors and thought patterns and provides space for clients to explore strategies and skills for their mental health. Allison is dedicated to collaborating with clients to provide holistic care, leaning on specific techniques such as Narrative, Existential, and ACT therapy, as well as creative and person-specific strategies. Allison would be considered a generalist practitioner in that she works with a variety of different client concerns and is honing in on her specializations through supervised practice.
