Casey Browne (she/her) is a clinical social work intern currently completing her Master of Social Work at Grand Canyon University, with an expected graduation in November 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and is training under supervision as she works toward licensure. Casey is particularly interested in working with adolescents, couples, and families using strengths-based and empowerment-focused approaches that help clients recognize their resilience and build meaningful change.

Before entering clinical training, Casey worked as a Registered Behavior Technician and currently serves as a special education technician, supporting children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities. These experiences have shaped her approach to therapy by strengthening her ability to navigate high-emotion situations, practice patience and flexibility, and celebrate both big and small milestones with the people she supports.

Casey’s therapeutic philosophy centers on empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique story. She strives to create a judgment-free space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in their healing and growth. Casey is committed to culturally responsive care and continually reflects on her own perspectives to ensure she meets clients with curiosity, humility, and respect.

Outside of her clinical work, Casey volunteers with Unified Sports through the high school where she works, helping ensure students with disabilities have opportunities to participate in activities they enjoy. In her free time, she enjoys reading fantasy and romance novels, spending time with her family and partner, and hopes to one day travel to Europe to experience its culture and cuisine.
