Current Practice

Theresa currently treats a variety of mental and behavioral concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, and others. She facilitates adolescent self-esteem groups, women’s wellness and divorce recovery groups. While Theresa’s counseling orientation is tailored to each individual’s need and clinical appropriateness, her orientation is acceptance commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and equine-Assisted psychotherapy (among others).

Theresa supervises pre-licensed therapists towards their licensure and trained intern therapists.
