Lea provides individual and couples therapy to teens (age 15 and up) and adults online and in her office. Lea is fully trained in EMDR and practices both short and long term therapy.

Lea specializes in helping people through major life changes (marriage, growing family, divorce, death, career, etc), depression, anxiety, grief, chronic/terminal illness, and caregiver stress. Lea also helps people heal from trauma, whether it’s recent of long-term. Lea utilizes EMDR along with solution-oriented and cognitive-behavioral counseling to not only help people feel better immediately, but also to learn tools to use in the future.
