Emilia believes that each individual or family is the expert of their own experiences and strives to walk alongside her clients on their path to reaching their goals. She has worked in outpatient, intensive outpatient, milieu, in-home, and integrated behavioral health settings for over a decade. Emilia has experience with issues related to depression and anxiety, perinatal mental health, parenting, bariatrics, health behavior change, life transitions, and relationships. She is passionate about serving first generation and immigrant populations and is dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and working with a variety of populations across the lifespan.
