Current Practice

Christina understands that beginning therapy often takes immense courage—especially when past wounds and relational challenges have made vulnerability feel unsafe. She is passionate about creating a supportive, empathetic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Christina believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship to restore a sense of safety, deepen self-compassion, and foster meaningful transformation.

Christina specializes in trauma recovery and relationship healing through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She integrates these approaches to support clients in reprocessing distressing memories, healing attachment wounds, and rebuilding trust—both within themselves and in their relationships. Her work focuses primarily on adult individuals and couples, with a clinical style that balances structured, evidence-based modalities with warm, relational care.

Christina holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado. She also has a background in interior design and construction, bringing over two decades of experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Her transition to clinical work was fueled by a passion for helping people build meaningful lives—not just externally, but from the inside out. In addition to her private practice experience, she has developed group therapy programs on self-compassion and attachment, and is preparing to present at professional conferences.
