Current Practice

Are you feeling "stuck" or helpless? Do you feel drained or overwhelmed when faced with events or on an everyday basis? Therapy can be difficult and scary when you begin, but I would love to help you through it! My priority is to understand who you are as a person. Through collaboration, we would focus on navigating your struggles and developing healthy coping mechanisms to help you flourish. To do this, I like to focus on engaging with your inner strengths and evolving them into strategies you can use to combat everyday struggles, big or small.

Life can be difficult; you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in working with young adolescents or adults who struggle with transitions in life, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a multicultural and holistic approach rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices. I believe each person is unique and tailor strategies and interventions based on their experiences and strengths. I would be honored to be a part of your journey and explore solutions or skills to help you thrive. With a hope and commitment to make therapy more accessible, I am available on weekends for sessions!

Anusha is a Doctoral in Clinical Psychology Extern from the University of Denver. She is supervised by Bradley Jackson, LCSW. She sees clients via telehealth and in-person in Aurora, CO.
