Amber believes that mental health is essential to holistic wellbeing. The mind is the operational center of one’s life; to care for one’s mind is to care for one’s future. She has a passion for helping individuals become emotionally, mentally, and spiritually whole. Through her life experiences, along with her academic background, has equipped her to serve others with empathy, compassion, and care. Amber's goal is to help you find and walk in the best version of yourself possible. It may not happen overnight, but with dedication and consistency, we can work towards a better future for you together. Her preferred treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which has proven to be effective for a wide range of problems including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, and other mental illnesses.
