Hannah Upham, MA, LPC, ATR, HTR is a licensed professional counselor, art therapist and horticultural therapist. She specializes her practice on the following:Individuals 16+: grief and loss, postpartum anxiety and depression, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, and fertility issues, teen pregnancy, sexual trauma, Identity and LGBTQ. Stress and anxiety of life transitions (work, marriage, relationship issues, athletes in transition, becoming a parent/step parent/adoptive parent, divorce, an injury or accident, empty-nest, grief and loss, etc.)

Before working as a therapist and teacher Hannah was on the national biathlon team in pursuit of the Olympics, she also coached college athletics.
Education and Licensure:
Hannah is a Graduate of Naropa University in the Transpersonal Counseling Program in Art Therapy. Her undergraduate degree is in K-12 Art Education from Northern Michigan University. She has additional training in horticulture, sandtray, and body-centered therapeutic modalities.
