Kacy has been in the field practicing therapy and care management for seven years in a range of settings. In her practice, Kacy provides individual, couples, and group therapy for individuals of all ages including children. She believes in empowering her clients and utilizes person-centered treatment as the basis for all therapy as she believes that finding out from clients what their goals are, challenges, and identifying the client as the expert in their lives as being a critical component to the therapeutic process. Additionally, she is certified in EMDR, specializes in motivational interviewing, and uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused techniques to inform her practice.

She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. Additionally, she is a certified EMDR therapist.
